One of the elite prospects in the 2019 class is Bryan Antoine. Antoine is having a tremendous sophomore season, and is continuing to improve as a player. With that college coaches from coast to coast are taking notice.
About his year so far, Antoine said, “The year is going great. As a team we have exceeded expectations, so it has been a good start.”
He continued, “I have worked on my ball handling, and coming off screens and shooting the ball.”
St. John’s is close to home and he has been by their games, about the Red Storm he said, “St. John’s, they play at MSG and playing on an NBA court is really cool. Also the coaches seem like good guys, and Chris Mullin was a great player so I know he could help me.”
Maybe the school that Antoine has seen the most is Florida. The Gators have been extremely active in this recruitment, and continue to make themselves a major factor.
“It is a great school athletically and academically,” said Antoine of the Gators. “I have been there three or four times in the past few months, so the bond is pretty strong.”
For now things are moving at a solid pace for Antoine, but he doesn’t appear close to a decision.
Still he does know what things he looks for in a school.
“I look to see how players react to their teammates when they score, and a place that is a brotherhood,” noted Antoine.
