One of the nation's most versatile guards will soon be on the market, as 2017 Seattle Garfield SG Daejon Davis has asked out of his Letter of Intent with Washington.
Daejon Davis, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound shooting guard from Seattle Garfield, has asked out of his Letter of Intent with Washington, his AAU coach, Daryll Hennings, informed Scout.
Scout's 44th ranked prospect in 2017, Davis signed with the Huskies in the fall but asked out of his letter following the firing of Huskies head coach Lorenzo Romar.
Who will be involved in Davis' recruitment this time around has yet to be announced. In the fall, he chose Washington over Stanford, Oregon, Gonzaga and Arizona.
Davis is one of the top prospects on the West Coast in 2017 and amongst the most versatile guards in the country.
