Chattanooga has hired Wisconsin associate head coach Lamont Paris to be their head coach, multiple sources told Scout.
Paris agreed to six-year deal with the Mocs, a source said.
Paris has been an assistant at Wisconsin for the past seven years and apart of the Badgers back to back Final Four runs in 2014 and 2015.
Prior to Wisconsin, Paris was an assistant at Akron for six seasons.
The Chattanooga job opened on Wednesday when Matt McCall accepted the head coaching position at UMass.
