One of the West Coast's top 2017 posts is back on the market as Kenny Wooten reopened his recruitment, he informed Scout.
The four-star prospect committed to Arizona State in December but on Tuesday he told the Sun Devils staff that he would be reopening his recruitment.
"What I'm looking for in a school is the ability to showcase myself as a freshman, a place where I can develop and a place where I know the coaching staff and will always be on the same page as them," Wooten said. "The relationship with you and the coaches is key."
Wooten was originally a 2016 prospect out of Manteca (Calif.), who signed with Nevada but opted out of his Letter of Intent in the spring.
As of now, Wooten does not plan on playing AAU this spring.
