Memphis transfer Markel Crawford just committed to Mississippi, a source told Scout.
Crawford, a 6-foot-5 guard, took a visit to Ole Miss' campus on Wednesday and committed before he left Oxford (Miss.).
Crawford played three seasons at Memphis, before opting to transfer on April 10th. Crawford will be eligible to play for Andy Kennedy next season.
Crawford had a breakout year in 2016-2017, averaging 12.8 points and 4.4 rebounds a game for the Tigers. He shot 33-percent from there three-point stripe and connected on 42 threes.
During his freshman and sophomore seasons, Crawford, a native of Memphis, averaged 5.9 points and 5.3 points a game.
Ole Miss is also set to add high school top 100 prospects Jamarko Pickett, Davontae Shuler, Parker Steward and junior college standout Bruce Stevens.
