Sandro Mamukelashvili commits to Seton Hall

Seton Hall picked up their third verbal commitment of 2017 with the addition of Sandro Mamukelashvili.

2017 forward Sandro Mamukelashvili verbally committed to Seton Hall on Thursday, he told Scout.

"It felt like home," Mamukelashvili said. "I love the atmosphere."

Mamukelashvili, who came to the United State from Georgia last fall, picked the Pirates over series interest from Vanderbilt and USC.

"He's a great person as well as a coach" Mamukelashvili said when asked about Kevin Willard. "He loves his players and pushes them to their maximum to make them get to the next level."

The Montverde (Fla.) Academy standout took an official visit visit to Seton Hall on Tuesday.

Seton Hall now has a three-man recruiting class in 2017. Mamukelashvili joins four-star guard Myles Cale and big man Darnell Brodie to make up their current class.

Mamukelashvili is regarded as a three-star prospect on Scout.
