"I'm not sure," Pruitt said. "I don't think I really have a leader. "I think they're both great schools but at the end it's still hard. I know whatever school I don't go to they've got to start recruiting other guys."
Pruitt's willingness not to hold schools hostage is an admirable trait. His affection for each program makes him want to get this over with so the No. 2 school can move in a different direction.
Still, the decision isn't coming easy for him. Michigan State did an excellent job on their visit and Illinois' trip only served to further the indecision.
Pruitt says the decision could come on Friday. "I got to sleep on it and I'll call the other school that I don't go to and tell that coach. I was thinking by Friday."
