West Coast 2005 Rankings: Small Forwards

Martell Webster, Joe Darger and Micah Downs are a few of the top prospects in the 2005 West Coast class of small forwards...

The small forwards in 2005 look to be a solid group, with numerous high
major prospects in our early rankings. Webster has great size and a
terrific outside shot; he figures to be recruited by elite programs
across the country. Darger might be the best pure shooter among the
small forwards and he also possesses a great feel for the game. Downs
hasn't played much in high profile events, but he's very long, with a
nice stroke and a big upside. He reminds some observers of a young Mike
Dunleavy.  Spain is a very good all-around player who does a number of
things well. Harvey can shoot it very well out to the stripe and he's
a surprisngly good passer.
