A Quick Look At Bridgton Academy

Whit Lesure has a nice team up at Bridgton Academy. Two of his players are already committed and some others are going to receive Division I interest this year and the following season.

A Quick Look At Bridgton

Giedrius Rinkevicius, C, 2002: He's from Lithuanian and is committed to Missouri. Coach Lesure calls the versatile "G" his second best prospect on the team.

Ousmane Konata, SF, 2003: The Senegalese prospect played at the 2001 Nike Camp. He's regarded as the top prospect, according to Lesure, on Bridgton's team.

David Teague, SF/SG, 2002: He's off the market having committed months ago to Gene Keady's Purdue Boilermakers. Teague can score and is a fluid athlete.

Jonathon Bluitt, PG, 2002: He's likely to receive recruiting attention at the mid-major level. You may remember him as the point guard for the highly successful 2000 Athletes First AAU team.

Amadou Ba, PF, 2002: He was the fifth player to commit to Tommy Amaker at Michigan. He has a good-looking frame but needs to improve his offensive skills.

Chris White, C, 2002: White is the round mound of rebound from Alabama. He toured with Mark Komara's Southeast Raptors AAU team. He's big and wide and can board and score from close range.

Luis Ford, PG, 2002: The 5-5 guard is hearing from some mid and low-major schools. Lesure says BABC coach Leo Papile swears by him.

Danny Boyle, SG, 2002: Lesure calls him the team's best shooter. He was offered by Wisconsin-Green Bay last year and blew out a knee his junior season.

Jose Megia, PF/SF, 2002: A native of Madrid, Spain, Megia is hearing from some low-major schools. He's 6-7 and Lesure says he has good court sense.

Delic Dean, SG, 2003: Providence might be the school to beat for him next year. He's from Argentina and is a shooter.

Jose Mikulas, 2002: Also from Argentina

Laurence Metts, 2002
