Leeds High 6-8 1/2, 240-pound junior Joey Cameron has decided to re-open his recruitment after committing to Clemson a couple months ago.
Well-traveled and oft-injured 6-8 1/2, 240-pound junior forward Joey Cameron
has decided to re-open his recruitment after giving Clemson
a verbal back in mid-November.
``He feels like he did it too quick," Alabama Lasers head man Wig Pearson said. "He's been hurt for much of the last year and a half."
``Now he's got his legs back and he wants to explore his options," Pearson added.
Cameron, who told Pearson that he'll still consider Clemson, will get plenty of exposure this summer playing alongside fellow junior big men Richard Hendrix and Yamene Coleman with the Lasers.
``Joey is a great, great rebounder," Pearson added. "He had 26 rebounds the other night and is really playing well right now."
