He'll Have Visits Remaining
Chris Burras, a 6-5 combo forward, is going to wait until the spring to decide. "Everything is going fine right now," Burras said. "I'm just looking to keep my options open to see what schools are talking to me."
Burras returned home Sunday from a weekend visit to Illinois-Chicago. He's also being recruited by Ball State, Southern Illinois, Illinois State, Northern Illinois and Wisconsin had been showing some interest lately. Most schools are recruiting him as a combo forward.
Burras is very close on the ACT. He says that there isn't any particular school that he's waiting on in the spring period. He simply wants to check out his options a few months down the road.
Last year, Burras was an all-Catholic League selection and averaged 20 points a game for Leo. He played last summer with the Illinois Fire.
