"I want to try and go as big as I can and I think I can play at that level," Griffin said. "I know I have to work to get there but I think I can play at the highest level."
Right now, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Tulsa, Oral Roberts and Marquette are showing the most interest. Offers have not poured in but for Griffin it's very early in the process.
Last season, Griffin averaged 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4.5 assists while playing both forward positions. In college, he'll probably move around as well. "It would be hard at my size to play strictly inside," Griffin said.
Griffin said that most programs are recruiting him to play both forward slots. He runs with the Athletes First traveling team.
