Dugat Favors Pair

Henry Dugat is already far along in the process. In fact, the Dayton High (Texas) 6-foot floor leader has his field down to a pair. It's going to be all about playing time when he makes his decision.

Henry Dugat is wrestling with a decision: Whether to go to Baylor, receive extensive playing time and be a part of a program trying to establish an identity or head to Texas and battle for playing time at a program already considered one of the best in the nation.

``I know if I go to Baylor, I'll play a lot," said the 6-foot, 160-pound Dayton High (Texas) point guard. "I know I have to work to play at Texas."

Dugat was supposed to take a trip a couple weeks ago to Texas, but his father had to work so he postponed the visit. He already took an unofficial visit to Baylor and raved about the coaching staff and campus.

``I want to make my decision by the end of the summer," added Dugat, who averaged 29 points per game as a junior. "The keys will be if I can get playing time and also what my parents think."

Dugat is a quick scoring point guard who can really get to the basket. He'll still need to become more consistent with his outside shot, but he's one of those guys whose hard to defend because of his speed.
