Trio Head to Pac-10

Sylvester Seay, Jeff Pendergraph and Seketoure Henry all made their decisions this weekend - and the trio of California natives are all headed to the same place.

It was a big weekend in Tempe.

The Sun Devils fans shouldn't just be celebrating about this past weekend's football victory, but Arizona State fans should also be excited about landing a trio of recruits.

ASU got commitments from 6-9 wing Sylvester Seay, who is at Winchendon (Mass.), 6-8 power forward Jeff Pendergraph and 6-2 shooter Seketoure Henry.

All three are California natives – and all three were on campus taking visits this past weekend.

``Knowing that Sylvester and Seketoure are going there, and having a lot of good players there, made me made my decision," Pendergraph told "This team, with all three of us coming in, has a good chance to win the Pac-10 championship."

Seay is a long, athletic player who can shoot it from the perimeter and is certain to add toughness this year playing under Mike Byrnes at Winchendon. Pendergraph is a hard-working frontcourt player who will has an nice touch and runs the court well while Henry is considered one of the top shooters in the senior class on the west coast.

"I knew my parents wanted me to go there," Seay said. "After playing a pickup game, I was just shooting around with the players. The players really wanted me to go to ASU, and they really proved it to me. I didn't feel any pressure from the coaches because they weren't around. I decided then to commit because I thought I would fit in real well. The style of play fits me very well and their coaches can get me to where I want to be."
