Corey Counts, 5-10 SR PG Los Angeles (Calif.) Palisades. Pure point guard with very good feel for the game. Fairly quick, strong body and knocks down open shots. Makes excellent decisions and a good defender. A low to possibly mid major prospect.
Jordan Wilkes, 6-11 SR C Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola. Good frame and size. Very long – can affect shooters inside. Nice shot to about 15 feet. Needs to play with more aggressiveness/assertiveness. Still growing into his body – somewhat deliberate and mechanical at this time.
Curtis Eatmon, 6-2 JR PG Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Los Osos. Great frame and length. Moves easy – good athlete. Handle/ball skills need work. Outside shot is adequate. Good instincts and plays unselfishly. A likely high major prospect.
Terron Sutton, 6-8 JR C Los Angeles (Calif.) Price. Good frame and length, moves fairly well. Not real active – needs to play harder. Has upside, but hasn't yet realized potential. Possible mid major prospect.
Alex Tucker, 5-11 JR PG Redondo Beach (Calif.) Redondo Union. Very quick and explosive athlete. Making the transition to point guard – made good decisions in game we saw. Outside shot needs work. Possible low to mid major prospect.
Calvin Haynes, 6-2 JR SG Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft. Nice frame and a good athlete. Streaky outside shooter who can finish well when he gets to the rim. Game in-between the three pointer and the basket needs work – no real in-between game. Feel for the game also needs work – questionable decisions.
Justin Holiday, 6-5 SO SF/SG North Hollywood (Calif.) Campbell Hall. Long and lean wing with a very good motor. Excellent defender – very active. Gets a lot of deflections/blocks. Slashes well off the wing. Outside shot needs work. Likely high major prospect.
Jin Soo Kim, 6-7 FR SF Van Nuys (Calif.) Montclair Prep. Very slender young wing with exceptional skill level. Great stroke and very good ball skills. Very fluid athlete for his size and age. Good instincts. Just moved to U.S. and learning to adjust to American game. Potentially an elite prospect nationally with more weight/strength.
Larry Drew, 5-10 FR PG Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft. Outstanding young point guard prospect. Great feel for the game – pure point guard. Excellent decisions and vision. Fairly quick, with an accurate shot to three. Good, not great, quickness. With development, a potential high major prospect.
Jrue Holiday, 6-1 FR SG/PG North Hollywood (Calif.) Campbell Hall. Good-looking young guard with upside. Good athlete, solid frame. Adequate outside shot. Not yet a true point guard, but may end up at that spot down the road.
