2006 Focus: Bill Clark

Bill Clark, a 6-4 junior shooting guard from Southern California, says he'd like to leave the area...

Bill Clark, 6-4 JR SG Rolling HIlls (Calif.) Palos Verdes Peninsula,is a prolific scorer who is drawing interest at the mid to high major level.

We spoke with Clark recently and he gave us a list of the schools he's heard from to date.

"Pepperdine, Colorado State, Oregon State, Minnesota and Nebraska," said Clark. "I'd really like to go back east, but I'll stay here if my chance is here."

Clark has yet to schedule any official visits, but he has taken an unofficial to Pepperdine.

We asked Clark about the issues that might affect his decision and he replied, "The education and just how the team plays together. Early playing time would be nice."

Clark told us that he has no time frame for making his decision. He said he has a 3.0 GPA.
