Clark Has All The Info He Needs

All that's left for Earl Clark is to lock himself in a room with a pad of paper and jot down some notes, maybe talk it over with his family. As it stands now, Clark is deciding between his two schools.

The final piece of the puzzle was put in place this past weekend. Earl Clark, the stud wing prospect from Rahway, N.J., took his last official visit. He's narrowed his focus to Villanova and Louisville and was on the Cardinals' campus last weekend.

"Overall it was a good visit," Clark said. "I got a chance to see how it is over there and the environment. Overall it was a good visit.

"Now I just have to sit down with my family and think about the positives and negatives of each school and come down with a decision."

Clark, who said he couldn't decide on the spot if he had to, is taking a step back and evaluating what he saw from Rick Pitino's program.

"I just came back. When you just come back there's a lot of stuff in your head so you have to take a day to think about everything."

Clark confirmed that he's done with his visits. He said he's seen enough and the Wildcats won't get a return unofficial. "I've been over there a bunch of times and I've seen everything that I can see."

The 6-foot-8 wing is keeping it simple when it comes to the biggest factors surrounding his decision. "Right now, it's going to be down to the coaching. I just want a coach that understands me as a person and a player and somebody that is going to push me as far as my potential."
