On Campus: Oct. 1 Weekend Visitors

Once again campuses are buzzing with weekend visitors. From the Big Ten to the ACC and beyond, the players are making their rounds.

As commitments begin piling up nationally, the number of available top notch talent continues to dwindle. This weekend should bring about some answers to numerous recruiting situations around the nation.

For instance, Spencer Hawes is on his final official visit of the year. Washington, the hometown program, gets the final crack. Will it be the Huskies, UNC or Stanford that wins out?

Speaking of UNC, the Heels have themselves a number of prospects on campus. Both Deon Thompson and Darrell Arthur make much anticipated weekend visits.
