Package Deal

Andrew Lavender and Brandon Foust have accomplished a lot together. They've won at both the high school and AAU levels. Now, they want to win at the college level as a team.

Package Deal In The Works

All-Ohio Red teammates Andrew Lavender and Brandon Foust are going to school together. On Saturday, the pair – also high school teammates – told observers that they intended to attend the same college.

"I don't like getting to know new people," Lavender joked about the prospect of moving to the collegiate level with his friend. The 5-7 point guard rattled off a school list that included Seton Hall, Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi.

Foust on the other hand, said that Oklahoma, Seton Hall and Cincinnati were on his list. OK, so both are naming the Sooners and the Pirates and both say they want to attend the same school. Well, that's interesting, but Lavender's not done.

He further added that Oklahoma is his leader. "I like their style of play and how they run," Lavender said.

Alright then, it looks like this is a package deal. Foust did say that he felt Oklahoma has an offer to him and Lavender was offered by the Sooners earlier in the week.

In one game Saturday against Inner City Players, they combined to score 52 points. There wasn't a player in the gym capable of stopping Lavender. He made 3s, floaters and got himself to the line. He hit for 31.

Foust was equally as damaging to the Players as he rattled home 21 points of his own. He slashed and dunked his way in impressive fashion. His stock took a serious upward move with his Saturday exploits.
