"I didn't have a good summer," said Amoke. "I hurt my ankle and never really showed what I could do."
We asked Amoke about the programs he's heard from so far.
Amoke said he's open to leaving home, but does have a preference in terms of location.
"If I had to choose, I'd probably choose the West Coast," said Amoke.
We asked him about the factors that will play a role in his decision.
"It will be mainly how me and my parents feel about the staff and the school," said Amoke. "And how I fit in the system."
Amoke said he's not necessarily looking for early playing time.
"You have to work for playing time, so getting early time isn't real important," said Amoke.
Amoke doesn't anticipate a decision anytime soon.
"I probably won't decide until after the summer," said Amoke. "Since I didn't have a good summer, I want to play and show what I can do."
Amoke told us he has a 3.3 overall GPA to date.
