St. Louis Hosts Bryant
Reggie Bryant, a 6-2 guard from Baltimore who played his first two seasons at Villanova, is leaving the Big East program.
Sources confirmed with TheInsidersHoops.com that Bryant was on St. Louis' campus on Tuesday. According to his AAU coach, Bryant is also interested in George Mason and Delaware.
Last year at Villanova, he averaged 9.1 points and 24 minutes a game. He shot 38% from downtown.
"He's looking at other opportunities and is open to schools that are in need of a combo guard where he can be a vocal part of the team's offense," Baltimore Select coach Paul Bowden said.
Bryant made a name for himself as a high scoring guard when he ran with Baltimore Select on the circuit. He'll sit out next season but retain two year's of eligibility.
