Still Early In Marshall's Recruitment
Unlike many of his counterparts in the Class of 2003, Martin Luther King's Wayne Marshall isn't anywhere close to reaching a decision. For that matter, he's not really thinking about the process much at all.
"We've been playing so much ball we haven't sat down and done any of that kind of stuff," Quincy Marshall, Wayne's uncle said. "A lot of stuff will happen right after ABCD Camp and that Vegas trip."
Quincy Marshall said that LaSalle, Temple, Villanova, UConn, Maryland, Rutgers, West Virginia, Louisville and James Madison have shown interest. However, he wasn't sure exactly which programs have offers on the table.
"He's been improving so much that by the mid-summer and end of summer, his game should have moved to another level," Quincy Marshall said.
Wayne Marshall's cousin Quincy runs the point for Positive Image and plays with him at Martin Luther King. He's starting to receive some Division I looks.
