Hoyas Dip Into Class of 2004

Apparently, the Georgetown Hoyas are moving and shaking in the Class of 2004. Another rising junior is off the board and headed to the Big East.

Hoyas Land Hibbert

The announcement shouldn't come as a shock to anyone since the Hoyas have been the school most commonly associated with him since last year. Michael Kruse of Basketball America, and a frequent contributor to this site, says that Georgetown Prep rising junior Roy Hibbert committed on Tuesday.

Apparently, Hibbert recently informed the Georgetown staff of his decision.

The 6-11, 225 pounder has plenty of scoring tools and obviously great size. He's routinely mentioned among the top inside players in a loaded Class of 2004. By our unofficial count, that's 11 rising juniors already committed to colleges. The Big Ten holds the most commitments in the class thus far.
