Biko Paris will continue to move west.

The 6-foot-3, 200-pound senior point guard, who moved from Louisiana to Texas for his junior season, committed to USC on Wednesday.

``Coach (Tim) Floyd showed the most interest in me as a player and as a human being," Paris said. "I just felt that it was the right place for me."

Paris, who intends to visit USC on Sept. 1, said that he also considered Oklahoma and Texas Tech.

"I like their coach and the players they have there and the players that they are recruiting," he said. "And I think they are the best fit for me."

The stocky Paris spent his sophomore campaign at John Curtis High (La.), putting up impressive offensive numbers. Then he attended Cypress Christian (Texas) this past season and averaged 19 points and 7 assists.
