A-10 Attractive To Edwards

Jabari Edwards is going to play in the Atlantic 10 which makes sense because he narrowed his choices to a pair of programs from the league.

Danny Hurley, the head coach at St. Benedict's Prep in Jersey confirmed that center Jabari Edwards is headed to George Washington. The 6-foot-10 Edwards had it trimmed to GW and Rhode Island before selecting the Colonials; he visited both.

Edwards spent time at Poly Prep before matriculating to St. Benedicts where Hurley can see the improvement.

"He's getting better. He's going to be a good get for them. He's really showing promise, improving and getting better.

"He's a really athletic shot blocker with a pretty good perimeter touch and he's getting better around the basket. He's an athletic finisher and a tremendous shot blocker."
