The Fullcourt Press All-Frosh/Soph Camp had some very good young prospects in attendance. Here are some more players that caught our eye over the weekend.

Rodney Black, 6-4 SO SG Moreno Valley (Calif.) Valley View. Long and slender wing with a very good outside shot. Still growing into his body.

Xavier Thames, 6-2 SO SG Sacramento (Calif.) Pleasant Grove. Athletic guard with good quickness and scoring ability.

Justin Hawkins, 6-1 SO SG Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft. Skilled guard who might be able to play some one down the road.

Chris Cunningham, 6-7 SO C Diamond Ranch (Calif.) High. A big body, with soft hands, Cunningham isn't real explosive or quick. But he's a young post and his body still has time to change. Fairly good feel for the game and a nice touch around the basket.

Deronn Scott, 6-0 SO PG Etiwanda (Calif.) High. Long and slender young point with a pretty good feel. Shot is just fair, but he looks to have some upside.

Gene Saulsberry, 5-10 SO PG Ontario (Calif.) Colony. Quick and explosive young point guard. Shot is decent and seems to have pretty good instincts.

Tyler Lamb, 6-4 FR SG Ontario (Calif.) Colony. Skilled wing with average athleticism. Pretty good shooter to the stripe.

Chris Harriel, 6-3 SO SF Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde. Active and athletic wing. Pretty good body, competes well. Didn't show much of an outside shot, but was effective slashing to the basket.

Joe Burton, 6-7 SO C Hemet (Calif.) West Valley. Big-bodied post with pretty good hands. Has some potential if he can get in shape.

Gary Franklin, 6-0 FR SG Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei. Somewhat mature guard with scoring ability.

Ryan Sypkens, 6-1 SO PG Elk Grove (Calif.) Franklin. Good size and a nice feel for the game. Fairly good skills and a decent athlete.

Aalim Moor, 6-1 SO PG Berkeley (Calif.) St. Mary's. Good-looking young point with nice actions. Fairly quick and looks to have some upside.

Clint Bozner, 6-5 FR SF/PF Villa Park (Calif.) High. Young-looking forward with pretty good skills. Good instincts and competes well.

Brandon Smith, 5-10 SO PG Concord (Calif.) De La Salle. Heady and solid point guard. Makes good decisions, has some toughness.

Stephen Heard, 6-5 SO SF Long Beach (Calif.) Jordan. Very good athlete and active around the basket. Skills are still coming, but has some potential.

Deonta Burton, 5-10 FR PG Long Beach (Calif.) Cabrillo. Quick and explosive point. Fairly good handle, shot needs to improve.
