Gophers Snare No. 2 In 2004

Minnesota is at it again. The Golden Gophers received their second commitment of the week from a member of the Class of 2004.

Webb Follows Tollackson

Miles Webb, a 6-3 perimeter player from Brooklyn Park (MN) Park Center High committed to Dan Monson's Golden Gophers on Friday.

"The University of Minnesota is not only getting a good basketball player but they're also getting a great kid," Park Center coach Lionel Jones said.

Webb played last summer for the Minnesota "AND 1" Magic. He averaged 19 points and 7 rebounds a game as a sophomore last season. He connected on 51 of 125 attempts from 3-point land.

Earlier in the week, Chaska center Spencer Tollackson committed to the Gophers.
