Frank Otis, 6-5 JR PF/SF Oakland (Calif.) McClymonds, is an undersized four man at this time, but he may make the transition to the three at some point. He's very strong, and an explosive athlete, and he plays bigger than his size.

We spoke with Otis recently and he gave us a list of schools that have been contacting him.

"Cal, Pepperdine, San Francisco, New Mexico, Marquette, Villanova and Colorado State have been the main ones," said Otis.

When asked if he has a leader, Otis replied, "no, I'm really open right now."

We asked Otis what he's looking for in a school.

"I want to play for a coach that helps you develop your skills," said Otis. "And playing time is also important. Location doesn't really matter to me."

Otis said he favored an ACC program when he was growing up.

"I always liked North Carolina," said Otis. "That was my dream school."

Otis isn't in a hurry to make a decision.

"I want to play through the summer and then decide," said Otis.

Otis told us he has a 3.3 GPA and he'll take the SAT in March.
