Breshers Has Top Five

Tyreese Breshers, one of the elite post prospects in the West Coast class of 2008, has seen his recruitment take off in the last couple months. He tells us that his two current leaders are in the Pac-10...

Tyreese Breshers, 6-6 JR PF Los Angeles (Calif.) Price, was flying under the radar prior to this past year. But after a big junior season, and an impressive performance at the Las Vegas Easter Classic, Breshers is now getting attention from numerous high major programs. We spoke with Breshers in Las Vegas and asked for his current list.

"Right now, I'm looking at UCLA, Iowa State, Washington State, Washington and Miami," said Breshers.

We asked if he has a leader from that group.

"My favorites are Washington State and UCLA," said Breshers.

Breshers said a few schools have extended scholarship offers.

"Miami, Washington State and Iowa State have offered," said Breshers.

Breshers talked a little about the issues he'll consider when making his choice.

"Playing time and location are both important," said Breshers. "My Mom, though, is fine with me going anywhere. She says it's on me."

Breshers has yet to take any visits.

"I went to a UCLA game," said Breshers. "That's the only place I've been so far."

We asked Breshers if he has a timeframe for making his decision.

"I'll probably decide in the late spring or early summer," said Breshers.

Previously, Breshers told us that he has a 3.5 GPA.
