Guard Mike Woodard liked the loyalty John Robic and his staff showed him all summer long. "A lot of people were saying what they were going to do but Youngstown State really recruited me and wanted me to sign," Woodard said.

"I know a lot about Coach Robic. I know he coached at UMass and Kansas. I like him because he means business on the court and off the court he's a good guy to be around."

Woodard averaged 15 points, 9 assists and 5 steals as a junior. He'll sign with the Penguins next week.

"They said they would like me to come in right off the bat and start. They want me to bring more pace to the game, create off the dribble and set stuff up."
