, of Brea (Calif.) Brea-Olinda, committed to Lute Olson during a visit on Monday.
"He liked the facilities and he liked the campus," Dinos Trigonis, of Belmont Shore, said. "They needed a guard and there's an opportunity to play a lot if he earns it and it's close to home."
Trigonis coached Fogg during the spring circuit and the the 6-foot-3, 180-pound shooting guard helped lead them to an Easter Classic championship and a handful of other strong finishes.
"He played great," Trigonis said. "He proved himself as one of the top unsigned seniors of the spring."
Fogg picked Arizona over interest from Indiana, Texas, Providence, St. John's, Hawaii, Fresno State, San Francisco, Boise State, UNLV and San Diego State.
The three-star prospect joins Brandon Jennings, Jeff Withey and Brandon Lavender to make up Arizona's 2008 class.. A decision on Negedu's possible release has not been determined.
