Trent Narrows List To Two

Clarence Trent recently took a pair of official visits and he's decided that he'll make his college decision between the two. Trent is closing in on an announcement.

Only two schools remain for Clarence Trent.

"Right now I have it down to Cal and the University of Washington," Trent, a standout at Henderson (Nev.) Findlay, said.

Trent has taken official visits to each of his final two schools. He went to California the weekend of August 30th and this past weekend he traveled to his home state to visit Washington.

Trent is down to Cal and UW
"The Cal visit was good," Trent said. "I got to talk to a lot of the guys in the sports medicine area, so that was good overall."

"The UW visit was great too because they have my major," the 6-foot-7, 200-pound forward said. "I got a chance to ask a lot questions about that and figure out what route would be best for me."

The four-star prospect appears to be closing in on a decision. Although he stated that he didn't have a specific timetable for an announcement, he did admit that a decision could come in the next two weeks.

"Right now I'm just breaking each trip down and seeing what I liked about them and see which one is a better fit for me," Trent said.

Trent is ranked No. 77 overall and No. 27 on Scout.com's power forward list.
