"This summer, especially July, was crazy," Frazier said. "I just had an awesome summer. I played well and the best I think I've ever played throughout an AAU season."
After returning home, the phone calls for the Houston (Tex.) Strake Jesuit standout began pouring in.
"Since July I've gotten new calls and more people coming into the picture," Frazier said. "Sometimes it gets overwhelming, but I've able to cope with it and be able to handle it."
Among the schools involved are Penn State, TCU, Stanford, Harvard, Wichita State, Washington State, San Diego and Colorado State. Frazier has already taken a trip to Penn State and actually did an in-home visit with them, Wednesday evening.
"It went great," the 6-foot-1 lead man said. "I've already taken an official visit there, so it was great to see the coaches again."
This coming weekend Frazier will head to TCU for his second official visit. Following that trip he'll work on setting up a few more visits. Although he hasn't sent it in yet, he's already begun the application process for Stanford.
"Since I went on an official to Penn State, I've seen how it is and it's totally different from taking an unofficial visit," Frazier said. "I'm definitely going to sit back and compare school to school and then pick the best school for me."
"I'm pretty sure I'm trying to get these visits out of the way so I can be ready by the early signing period," Frazier said. "If it doesn't work out, because it is a big decision for me, and I'm not ready then I'll definitely hold off. But I'd like to get it over with as soon as possible."
Frazier, a member of the 2009 class, is currently rated as a three-star prospect on Scout.com
