Shabazz Muhammad, 6-3 FR SG/SF Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman, is one of the more promising prospects in the West Coast class of 2012. A very athletic lefty with the ability to score in a variety of ways, Muhammad is putting up good numbers in his freshman season.

According to Bishop Gorman coach Grant Rice, Muhammad has recently had games with 17, 20, 29, 22 and 15 points.

It's no surprise, therefore, that college coaches have started to take notice. Rice has fielded calls regarding Muhammad recently from Arizona St, USC, San Diego St, UNLV, San Diego, Texas and Oklahoma.

With continued development, Muhammad has a chance to be among the elite wings in the country for 2012.
