The Jordan Family is in the news again. Over the weekend, it was announced that Michael (huge surprise) is headed to the Hall of Fame. A day later, his son announced he's headed to Conference USA.
It's a big day in the Jordan Household. Michael, whom you may know by the moniker "M.J." is headed to the basketball hall of fame. His son, Marcus Jordan
, is signing with a Division I program.
Jordan is going to Central Florida. The Whitney Young guard received interest from Davidson, Toledo, Stanford, Iowa and Oklahoma before accepting a scholarship offer from the Knights.
"We've been going to Orlando since 8th grade to play AAU and one of his high school teammates A.J. Rompza is there and their very good friends," Rising Stars AAU coach Brian Davis told Scout.com. "It's a nice campus and he's going there."
Jordan, a big wing who can play as a combo, is strong and has no problems getting into the paint. At UCF, he'll reunite with Rompza. "They see him coming in and playing right alongside A.J."
