"I'm probably going to take visits to three or four of them, maybe five," Brown, a four-star prospect, told Scout.com. "Hopefully I'll have a decision by early October or late in September."
According to Brown he hasn't set up any visit yet because he's waiting to get his high school class schedule. Once that comes in, Brown already has a few schools that he's sure he wants to visit.
"I know I want to visit Stanford," Brown said. "I want to visit Arizona. I want to Washington, and I want to visit ASU."
Brown, a 2010 standout, also admitted that those four schools were standing above the rest thus far in his recruitment.
"If I would have to say somebody I'm feeling I'd say Arizona, Stanford, Washington and ASU," he said.
Once on campus, Brown, who is a year young for his grade, has a good feel for what he's looking for from the coaching staffs to the campus environment
"On the visits I just want to see how the coaches interact with the players," Brown said. "And I want to see the campus life because some of the schools I haven't been to and I don't know what to expect."
"I just want to sit down with the coaching staffs and I want them to be real with me," he continued. "I don't want them to tell me what I want to hear, but tell me what I need to hear."
