Three Favorites For JR PG
Cornell Littlejohn, 6-0 JR PG Vanden (Calif.) Fairfield, told us last night that he's focusing on three schools at the moment. "Gonzaga, Pepperdine and Okalahoma St.," said Littlejohn, when we asked if any schools were leading for his services. We asked what it was about each school that attracted him and Littlejohn replied, "Pepperdine because it's in L.A. and I'd like to stay in California. Gonzaga because they go to the tournament every year. And Oklahoma St., I was just watching them on tv and I like the way their guards play." When we asked about the factors that would influence his decision, Littlejohn replied, "the weather -- I like it warm -- and the coaches." Littlejohn said he plans on taking his time with the decision. "I'll take some trips, probably decide after summer. Late September maybe." Littlejohn told us that he has a 2.8 GPA and he'll take the SAT at the end of this month.
