Bejarano Ends Suspense, Will Stay Home

Daniel Bejarano ends the suspicion. He committed to the local PAC-10 squad late Wednesday evening.

Daniel Bejarano has made his final college decision.

The Phoenix (Ariz.) North standout made a verbal commitment to Sean Miller and his staff at Arizona. He confirmed the committed late Thursday evening.

"Yes I did [commit]," Bejarano told Scout.com.

Bejarano, a four-star prospect, committed to Arizona just a week after decommitting from Texas.

"The reason I committed to Arizona is because they have everything I need and the coaching staff is unbelievable as well as the players," Bejarano said. "I know Arizona will help me in every way."

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound shooting guard is the second Arizona commitment in as many days. Rod Odom, a standout at Concord (Mass.) Middlesex School, committed Wednesday evening.

"I know Arizona is young, but one thing is for sure we are going to be one heck of a team," he said. "When I first came on campus I knew Arizona was for me."

Bejarano is ranked the No. 8 shooting guard and is No. 43 overall in the class of 2010.
