Oliver Picks A-10 Power

Senior guard Devin Oliver made the Dayton Flyers his choice Sunday night.

Brian Gregory's Dayton Flyers are maxing out their scholarships in the Class of 2010 and in the process, assembling a strong class. The most recent addition? Kalamazoo (Mich.) Central standout Devin Oliver.

After unofficials to Michigan, Western Michigan and Butler, Oliver opted to end his recruit.

"I have that family type feeling about Dayton," Oliver said. "Coach Mann was an assistant at Western Michigan and he's always been around. Once I met Coach Gregory it was the same type of thing. They were always one of the first schools that started recruiting me. They were 100% honest and very loyal."

As a junior, Oliver averaged 18 points, eight rebounds and six assists. He's aware and excited about the Flyer's current group.

"I know that Juwan Staten is a big time player. We have a really good group of guys."
