Odom Decommits

Arizona has had their fair share of attrition over the past few years. From Brandon Jennings to Emmanuel Negedu to Reger Dowell there has been a lot of movement. Now Rod Odom is heading elsewhere.

Rod Odom and the Arizona Wildcats have parted ways.

Odom, a 6-foot-8, 200-pound hybrid forward, gave Sean Miller a verbal commitment a little less than three weeks ago. Late Sunday evening he Odom broke the news to Arizona's staff. Odom confirmed the news to Scout.com early Monday morning.

Prior to his commitment, Odom, of Concord (Mass.) Middlesex, took official visits to West Virginia, Vanderbilt, Harvard, Boston College and Arizona. Vanderbilt was thought to have been second in line.

Arizona is left with just one commitment -- Daniel Bejarano -- in the 2010 class.
