Joseph Waits It Out, Sets Final Official

Cory Joseph has thought long and hard about the recruiting process. He's finally narrowed his list and has set his last official visit.

Cory Joseph thought about signing early. But after talking it over with his family, he's opted to hold off.

"Basically whenever I feel 100-percent about my decision I want to decide," Joseph said. "I just don't think I'm 100-percent yet and I want to get more background information on all of the programs I'm talking to right now."

Although the 6-foot-3 guard wasn't ready to decide, he did cut Florida and Mississippi State off his list, leaving him to decide between five programs -- Villanova, Connecticut, Texas, Minnesota and UNLV.

With UNLV making the final cut, they'll also receive his fifth and final official visit. Joseph is set to visit Lon Kruger's program the weekend of December 12th.

"UNLV has been in the picture," Joseph said. "I've talked to coach Lon Kruger and their staff and they are cool people. On December 12th I'm going to take a visit and see how it goes."

Having already taken four official visits and set for his fifth, one would think Joseph is starting to develop a favorite. Joseph says that's not the case.

"Everybody asks me that question," he said. "My moms been asking me that question. Honestly I would tell you if I had one, but they all seem so good. I just really have to get all of the background information."

Joseph, who ranks No. 22 overall in the 2010 class, doesn't have a timeframe on his college decision.
