Harris Ends It

After taking a number of college visits, Tobias Harris, of Dix Hills (N.Y.) Half Hollows West, announced his decision on Thursday.

Tobias Harris did his homework. He took multiple visits to each school, thoroughly examined the programs involved and on Thursday the No. 9 prospect announced his college decision.

The 6-foot-8, 210-pound forward announced his intentions to attend the University of Tennessee following his high school career on national television.

Although Tennessee was able to get it done, they fought off some impressive programs to gain his signature. Harris also considered Syracuse, Kentucky, Louisville, West Virginia, Maryland and Georgia Tech.

Harris, a five-star prospect, is the third top 100 prospect to commit to Bruce Pearl's program. He joins a pair of four-star prospects -- Jordan McRae and Trae Golden.
