Two Unofficials Already Taken
Dewayne Anderson was kind of the quiet guy on the DC Assault team last year. He was the youngster, content to bide his time but yet there to make the most of his chances.
His chances mainly came from behind the arc where he proved to be a fine shooter. "Most of my opponents think I'm a big man but I can dribble, guard and shoot," Anderson said.
He spent most of the year manning the shooting guard and small forward slots for his high school team. He averaged roughly 15 points a game.
Schools have already taken notice. Georgia Tech, Maryland, Villanova, Seton Hall, Cincinnati and LaSalle are recruiting him at this point. "I know that Villanova has offered but I don't know about the other schools."
Anderson took unofficial visits to Villanova and Maryland.
