Jones Up In The Air

Terrence Jones announced for Washington during a press conference today. So normally that would end his recruitment. But with Jones that's not the case.

In what has become one of the more interesting recruiting stories over the past few years, Terrence Jones is still considering a pair of schools.

During a press conference at his high school on Friday, Jones announced to a large group of media members, family, friends and over 25,000 viewers on the internet that he would attend the University of Washington.

Shortly after the press conference, Jones began having second thoughts.

According to a source, the Portland (Ore.) Jefferson standout did not sign a Letter of Intent during his press conference and shortly after the ceremony the 6-foot-9 power forward spoke to Kentucky coach John Calipari.

Jones, a five-star prospect, has not made his final decision, according to the same source. The decision is down to Washington and Kentucky and Jones still wants to "weigh his options."

Jones is currently rated the No. 6 power forward and No. 20 overall, but will likely get a bump when the new batch of 2010 rankings are released next week.
