"I just don't know yet," said Chol when asked if he had a timeframe for a college decision. "I'm going to have to wait until spring of next year. They are all coming at me with good stuff."
Chol, a 2011 prospect out of San Diego (Calif.) Hoover, has already taken unofficial visits to Connecticut, Georgetown and Kansas. Chol has plans to visit Alabama in August.
The highly regarded prospect is playing with Dreamvision on the spring and summer circuit. They've had an up and down spring thus far.
"We've been playing bad and slow, but we were blowing out teams," Chol said recently. "We started getting to cocky. Now we have a chip on our shoulder."
As far as Chol's individual play goes, he's been rather impressive recently. At the Jayhawk Invitational, he was especially good blocking shots, running the floor and even showed a face up jump shot.
"I'm a post player, but I'm working on my outside game and my turnaround," Chol said. "I usually play with my back to the basket, but I'm working on my face up game."
Chol is currently rated as a four-star prospect and is ranked No. 32 overall by Scout.com.
