Jordan Omogbehin, a 7-foot-3 315-pound redshirt junior, will transfer from the University of South Florida, the school confirmed on Wednesday night.

Originally from Nigeria, Omogbehin appeared in nine games during the 2013 season, recording just three points and seven rebounds in 24 minutes played for the 12-20 Bulls.

In his first season in Tampa Bay during the 2012-13 season, Omogbehin was rewarded his first career start against Maryland Eastern Shore on Nov. 16. In limited minutes, the skyscraper averaged 0.7 and 1.1 rebounds in 5.6 minutes per game on the season.

Omogbehin is the seventh player to exit the University of South Florida men's basketball program since the end of a disappointing 2013-14 season, which also resulted in the firing of head coach Stan Heath after seven years at the helm.

The center has two years of eligibility remaining.
