PITTSBURGH – It's not often a player that has only two points dominates a game.
But that was certainly the case Saturday night in the Steel City as Butler senior Alex Barlow put up a steel curtain defensively around prolific Notre Dame wing scorer Jerian Grant.
The Irish prevailed 67-64 in overtime and were able to pull away in the extra period after Barlow fouled out, a fact he lamented following the game.
"Grant made a great play, got me in the air and I made a mistake," Barlow said of his fifth foul. "I didn't make many all game."
Watch the video below from Butler's locker room for plenty more from Barlow, who reflected on the Bulldogs' season as well as his career.
