2017 forward Michael Porter Jr. narrows down top five schools

The top small forward in 2017 has five favorites.

Michael Porter announced the final five schools he will consider in his recruitment going into his senior season. Porter, the top small forward and No. 5 overall player in the 2017 class, made the announcement via his father's Twitter account Monday evening.

The schools that made the cut are IndianaMissouriOklahomaVirginia, and Washington

It is widely believed that Porter will end up at Washington due to his father, Michael Porter Sr., recently accepting an assistant coaching position on Lorenzo Romar's staff after being an assistant for the Missouri women's team, where two of his daughters play.
