On Saturday the Waco Tribune-Herald reported that the Baylor University board of regents has approved a fan survey and feasibility study to determine the viability of an on-campus stadium. The project, which could cost $250 million according to the Tribune-Herald, would be located on the north bank of the Brazos River across from the Baylor Law School just east of Interstate 35.
