For the first time in Baylor school history, three players were selected in the NBA draft. Baylor's Perry Jones III, Quincy Acy, and Quincy Miller heard their names called in the NBA draft held on Thursday evening.
Sophomore Perry Jones III was selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder with the 28th overall selection in the 1st round. Jones III is only the 5th Baylor Bear to ever be drafted in the first round of the NBA draft.
Senior Quincy Acy was selected with the 7th pick of the 2nd round to the Toronto Raptors.
Freshman Quincy Miller was selected with the 8th pick in the 2nd round to the Denver Nuggets.
